Some customers have combinations of meeting patterns.  For example, they might meet on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month.  One group we know of meets every Monday evening and every 2nd and 4th Monday of the month in the afternoon.

It is not possible to enter these complex combinations of meetings as a single booking in HallWizard.  This is because it becomes very difficult to manage.

If you have a customer with such a meeting pattern, you should enter each part of the meeting pattern as a separate repeat booking.

For example, if your customer meets on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month, you should set up one repeat booking for the 2nd Thursday of the month, and a separate repeat booking for the 4th Thursday of the month.

Or if your customer meets every Monday evening and every 2nd and 4th Monday afternoon, then you can create a repeat booking for every Monday evening, another for the 2nd Monday of the month in the afternoon, and a final repeat booking for the 4th Monday of the month in the afternoon.
